Susie Jasinski
She was Father Brown's part-time housekeeper, who lived in a nearby post-World War II Polish resettlement camp. She only appears during Season 1 and her absence is not mentioned or explained until Season 9, when, due to the return of members of The Church of Apollo, Mrs McCarthy mentions that she ran off with a Buddhist after her ordeal with them.
